GRP Gifts & Keepsakes takes pride in our wide array of quality products that we design, personalize and press. Of course we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We offer detailed product descriptions, detailed product images, an image resolution scale, as well as an option to see a final product proof with your customization before your order is submitted!
Due to the Personalized nature of our custom products, GRP Gifts is not able to accept returns if your product is free from product defect, or manufacturing error. However, we understand everyone makes mistakes (that includes us) so please contact us and we will be happy to help you with a discount on your replacement purchase.
In an effort to offer the best service to our customers, orders are sent directly to production immediately after they are processed online. By offering faster production times to our customers, unfortunately means that we are not able to accept changes to orders once they are placed. PLEASE be sure and verify that spelling, dates, names, and key image and text features are well within the boundaries of the personalization fields. Please feel free to contact us before placing your order if you have any questions.
As all our personalized products are made to order and have no intrinsic value on the open market, unfortunately we are therefore unable to accept returns unless the products are faulty. For personalized goods that are faulty or different from those you ordered please return them to us within 7 days in the original packaging to our address below. We will send you the correct replacement within 5 working days.
